Salary Details: $103,000 - $115,000 base salary + salary differentials based on school type and opportunities for additional performance compensation
Reports to: Assistant Superintendent

The Principal is responsible for ensuring rigorous and standards-aligned teaching and learning while establishing and maintaining a positive culture for students, staff and families. He or she provides visionary leadership while ensuring a rigorous education for all students and ensure that students reach academic goals and feel supported socially and emotionally. The Principal manages all aspects of the school-level budgeting process, as well as efforts to drive school improvement and oversees daily school operations. The Principal ensures there is collaborative, two-way communication between families and staff and seeks out feedback from the community on ways to improve the school community. The Principal supervises and evaluates school personnel and provides regular feedback and professional learning opportunities to drive improvement.
