Position Title: Clerical Series - Level II - Warehouse Logistic Services
Location: Division of Operations - DPSCD Warehouse, Building A
Salary: $11.78/hr. - $15.69/hr.
Reports to: Warehouse Operations Manager
Bargaining Unit: Detroit Association of Educational Office Employees (DAEOE)

In accordance with the Agreement between Detroit Association of Educational Office Employees (DAEOE) and the Board of Education of the School District of the City of Detroit, the following vacancy is announced.
The Clerical Series - Level II will be responsible for coordinating day to day office functions and deliver warehouse logistic support while providing good customer service to vendors, staff, and visitors. The clerical will serve as a liaison to the District with facilitating the processes and procedures of warehouse services. The clerical will create and organize a variety of reports, maintain warehouse management software and spreadsheets, support delivery schedule creation and communication, agendas, meeting minutes, spreadsheets, and other documents relevant to warehouse operations. The person serving in this position must maintain accurate and appropriate records and files relative to the effective operation of the warehouse office. The clerical must also coordinate meetings, conferences, seminars, special events, travel arrangements and process related expenses as needed.
