In accordance with the agreement between the Organization of School Administrators (O.S.A.S.) and the Board of Education of the School District of the City of Detroit, Article 6.4, Promotion Procedure, the following vacancy is announced.
The Office of the Chief of Staff seeks a dynamic Engagement Coordinator to join the growing Enrollment Team. The Engagement Coordinator will play a critical role in growing enrollment in DPSCD schools and supporting families across Detroit. The Engagement Coordinator will help to design and implement large-scale projects that engage families throughout the enrollment experience, from generating interest in DPSCD, to selecting the best-fit school, to completing enrollment processes. The Engagement Coordinator will provide direct supports to families to help them navigate the enrollment process, as well as support to schools to help them recruit, enroll, and retain students. Ideal candidates will have outstanding customer service skills, ability to manage logistical details and multiple tasks, and strong attention to detail.
