Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree preferred or related experience.
Experience with principles of adult learning and how to apply them to professional development
Experience providing curriculum support to teachers in content area
Experience developing curriculum and pacing guides in content area
Valid teaching certificate or extensive coaching experience in a STEM enrichment program
Strong working knowledge of STEM related programs
Experience organizing after-school programs like academic games, chess, robotics and or related programs.
Experience organizing large scale events for K-12 students

Essential Functions:
Support the development of district curriculum, guidance documents, and pacing guidelines aligned with state standards and our vision for excellent instruction.
Develop memos and draft communication as it pertains to district initiatives and curriculum and instruction projects.
Knowledge of requisitions and purchase orders
Execute travel documents for enrichment programs for both in-state and out-of-state
Execute assigned project plans and events adhering to project plan timeline.
Ensure compliance with district policies and protocols as it relates to partnerships, programming, and professional development.
Monitor and review existing and potential programs to ensure they are aligned with the district mission and vision.
Develop and execute professional development.
Support school-based staff with executing the vision for excellent instruction.
Experience with handling payroll for staff
Maintain thorough records and documentation of work on assigned projects and school support.
Communicate with community partners and stakeholders. This includes attending meetings and district and non-district sponsored events which may take place before, during, or after the workday.
Fulfill other duties as assigned.
